Shipping policy
At Pickles Ranch, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing, not including weekends or holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days after the package has been dispatched. While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, so be sure to stay tuned for special offers. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Pickles Ranch is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at picklesranchmerch@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the package or item if damaged. While we are not liable for third-party shipping errors, we will work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
